Job Overview:

Join our team as a Window Cleaning & Exterior Technician serving residential and commercial properties! We are looking for hardworking, reliable tradesmen who want steady full-time work, heavy overtime, and multiple ways to boost their weekly paycheck through performance pay and bonuses.

Pay & Compensation:

Expected Weekly Take-Home:

$700 - $900+ / week

Mileage Reimbursement:

$0.76 per mile

Choose Your Pay Model:

Hourly Track:

$15.00 / hour + tons of overtime + 10% commission on all upsells

Commission Track:

20% of all cleaned revenue + 10% on upsells (30% total payout on upsell cleanings)

Extra Cash Bonuses:

$10 cash for every customer 5-star Google review $25 cash for every recurring service contract signed

Hours & Schedule:

Full-Time Work:

Typically 10 to 12 hours a day (heavy overtime available).

Slower Days:

7 to 8 hours a day .

Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial window cleaning using squeegees, water-fed poles, and modern equipment. Safely set up and operate extension ladders and work on roofs up to 2-3 stories high. Perform additional exterior cleaning services such as pressure washing, screen cleaning, and track detailing. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating politely with homeowners at the door and confirming job scope before starting. Maintain clean, organized equipment and transport tools safely between job sites.

Heights:

Must be 100% comfortable working on roofs and extension ladders (up to 2-3 stories). Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and good communication skills with customers.
