As a Facilities Custodian , you will help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment by performing cleaning, disinfecting, and facility support tasks that meet quality and regulatory standards.

What We Offer:

Pay of $19.00 per hour

Third Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 2-2-3 compressed schedule, typically working 3-4 days per week Referral program Modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and technologies

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of janitorial, custodial, or professional housekeeping experience Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environment cleaning experience preferred Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills Knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations preferred Understanding proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations Willingness to work required overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed What You'll Do as a

Facilities Custodian:

Clean and disinfect production, warehouse, office, and common areas according to established procedures Sanitize restrooms, conference rooms, cafeterias, gowning rooms, and other facility spaces Dust, mop, scrub floors, clean glass, doors, baseboards, ledges, and other surfaces Operate floor-cleaning equipment, including an auto scrubber Stock restroom and janitorial supplies, including soap, paper products, and cleaning chemicals Remove trash and manage waste disposal throughout the facility Perform basic maintenance on cleaning equipment Clean entrances, stairwells, elevators, and exterior access areas Report maintenance concerns and submit work orders when needed Assist with facility preparation for changing weather conditions Support training and encourage safe work practices among team members Follow all safety, quality, OSHA, and FDA requirements while completing assigned duties MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
