across all 3 shifts, plus 10-15 On-Call/Floaters to build a strong, reliable team.! (EVERYONE

Shifts Available:

Day Shift:

8:00 AM

•4:00 PM (Residential Cleaning)

Afternoon Shift:

11:00 AM

•3:30/5:00 PM (Airbnb Cleaning and some Commercial Cleaning)

Night Shift:

8:00 PM

•6:00 AM (Commercial Cleaning usually nights depending on client) On-Call /

Floaters Needed:

Flexible team members who can work any shift, any day — just let us know your availability at the start of each week (every Sunday) and keep your schedule up-to-date with management. (Through the communication/schedule app we use.!)

Day Porters:

For Commercial Cleaning to do daily quick clean/checks on certain commercial buildings we service. This entails quick clean of bathrooms, high traffic areas, to make sure trash is NOT overflowing, quick restock of essential items, quick sanitation of high touch points and simple things the client wants.!

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months

•1 year Cleaning Experience.!! Reliable Transportation.

•Must have your own basic Cleaning Supplies.! Must have/get your own General Liability Insurance.! Willingness to work Independently or on a Team. Fast with Attention to Detail.! Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic. Hardworking, Dedicated and a Trusting Go-Getter.!

Hours:

Minimum 20 hours/week. (if less please let us know and we can figure something out for the right person

•if less then 20 hrs please have set days each week that you can work) Average 30+ hours, with potential for more based on your availability and drive. This is Part/Time, Full/Time, Seasonal etc Many different options and schedules.

Pay:

•Competitive Pay

STARTING PAY IS

$15 but can be $18 for the right person (required to have ALL of your own cleaning supplies that are needed to complete the jobs.! IF we provide all the cleaning supplies needed then the rate of pay will be less but can increase)

THE 1ST PAY INCREASE 30-45 DAYS BASED OFF WORK PERFORMANCE.

PAY INCREASES HAPPEN MORE THEN OTHER PLACES AND IS ALL BASED OFF YOUR EAGERNESS TO MAKE IT HAPPEN AND WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY.
