Job Overview We are seeking a daytime Custodian to join our team here at the Mineral Palace. Our custodian's focus on keeping our casino and supporting facilities clean and presentable.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a preemployment urinalysis, with random urinalysis throughout employement. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Carry out industrial cleaning duties in compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and spaces. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability within the facility. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces. Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas of the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
