A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (20 hours per week)

Requirements:

1 year of commercial, residential, or maintenance cleaning experience; ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively; must pass a drug test and background check

What You'll Do As our new Custodian, you will keep commercial spaces sparkling, safe, and welcoming ! Our Janitors are the backbone of our operations . Your daily routine as a General Cleaner will include: Performing general commercial cleaning tasks throughout the facility . Emptying trash and recycling bins to keep spaces clutter-free . Dusting desks, surfaces, fixtures, and blinds . Sanitizing restrooms and restocking supplies to high standards . Vacuuming carpets and sweeping or mopping hard floors . What You Bring To The Team 1 year of commercial/residential cleaning or maintenance experience . Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively .
