Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and custodial tasks that ensure all areas are spotless, organized, and well-maintained. Duties Perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of large spaces or specialized equipment as needed Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention Use commercial cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Support custodial operations by organizing supplies and ensuring all cleaning equipment is in good working order Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and extractors safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in all cleaning tasks Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily tasks efficiently Join our team if you're passionate about creating clean, safe environments!
