Janitorial / Commercial Cleaner We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial/Commercial Cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and take pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities include:

Dusting and wiping desks, furniture, and other surfaces Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and urinals Collecting trash from trash cans, replacing liners, and taking trash to designated dumpsters Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Cleaning glass doors and other surfaces Refilling restroom and facility supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and sanitizer Reporting damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages Properly using and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies Completing assigned cleaning areas thoroughly and efficiently

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required to travel between job locations Must be dependable and punctual Must be detail-oriented and take pride in your work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be self-paced and able to manage time efficiently Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move for extended periods Must be able to lift 40+ pounds

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Work is performed after 5:00 PM Additional hours may be available on weekends for special jobs Occasional weekend availability may be required The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and can consistently meet cleaning expectations without needing constant supervision.
