What You'll Do Perform soft wash house washing, roof washing, concrete cleaning and sealing, exterior window cleaning, and gutter cleaning Transition into a full-time Roof Tech role during Christmas light season (October-January) — installing, taking down, and storing professional light displays, with the majority of the work on rooftops Operate and maintain equipment out of our fully outfitted Ford Transit work van Interact with homeowners professionally — walk the property, explain the work, answer questions Complete jobs through our scheduling app (Jobber), including photos and job notes Keep the van, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Who We're Looking For You don't need pressure washing experience. Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Roof work ability is required. This role becomes a full-time Roof Tech position during Christmas light season (October-January), so you must be confident and safe walking roofs, working from ladders, and staying steady at height — not just tolerant of it Able to pass a background check Smartphone for scheduling and job documentation Available Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays in peak season Bonus points (not required): Experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, construction, or other trades Experience with customer-facing service work
Pay & Growth Training:
$18/hr
Technician Starting:

What You're Signing Up For We'd rather be honest now than have this conversation in February. SUNDOG is a growing company, not a corporate machine. We've been booked out two weeks solid since April — demand is real and climbing. But we're a startup in growth mode, and we operate 30 days at a time. We can't promise you six guaranteed months of full hours the way a factory can.
What we can promise:
when the work is there (and right now, it consistently is), you'll have all the hours you can handle, and you'll be building something with us — not just clocking in. February and March are slow. That's the reality of exterior cleaning in Tennessee. Hours drop during those two months while we prep for spring. If you need identical hours 52 weeks a year, this isn't the right fit.
