Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across various commercial accounts in and around Knoxville. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. This position involves traveling between different locations, assisting with special cleaning projects, and ensuring that all accounts meet our quality standards. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients. Responsibilities Operate cleaning equipment, including floor buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, wet dry vac, and other tools, to ensure thorough cleaning of commercial spaces. Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high-quality flooring standards. Travel in and around Knoxville to clean multiple accounts, including cleaning when regular staff is off or unavailable. Assist with one-time job assignments and special cleaning projects as needed. Inspect accounts regularly to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained. Report any issues or concerns to the Operations Manager promptly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently during visits. Skills Experience with cleaning equipment and floor care techniques. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to travel within Knoxville area reliably. Good communication skills for customer interactions and reporting issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to assist with various cleaning tasks and special projects as required.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
