Pay is $19 starting / $20 after 90 days. Must have personal vehicle to get you and your job supplies to the different jobs. Mileage reimbursement is paid at $.70 per mile. Work is in Knoxville and surround area. Must be able to travel anywhere in this area. Must be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable Conduct detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance Utilize custodial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to enhance overall facility appearance Follow established cleaning procedures for industrial or specialized environments to ensure compliance with health standards Support additional duties such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues promptly Requirements Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is highly valued Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and adapt to different facility requirements Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
