You'll have the opportunity to: Be a leader your team can count on Build your leadership and management skills Work hands-on instead of sitting behind a desk all day Help train and encourage other team members Make a visible difference in the facility every day Grow your career with a company that values its employees What You'll Do As a Mid-Day Supervisor/Commercial Cleaner, you will: Help oversee daily cleaning activities and team responsibilities Work alongside team members and assist with cleaning duties as needed Help ensure assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly and consistently Perform quality checks and address areas that need additional attention Help train and support new team members Communicate daily expectations and provide direction to employees Assist with staffing and scheduling needs when necessary Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure cleaning products and equipment are used safely and properly Follow all company and customer safety procedures Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace Communicate any concerns or issues to Clean Team management Help ensure our customer receives the dependable, high-quality service they expect from Clean Team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is ready to work hard, lead by example, and be part of a team.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous commercial, janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience Have previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required Be dependable and take pride in their work Have strong communication and organizational skills Be comfortable giving direction and helping others Be willing to jump in and help wherever needed Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Be able to successfully complete a background check If you have cleaning experience and have been looking for a chance to move into leadership, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!
