Conduct custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas to uphold sanitation standards. Utilize proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or equipment to prevent injury. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order through routine inspections and basic maintenance. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial cleaning practices. Ability to handle chemical agents safely and adhere strictly to chemical handling safety procedures. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach when interacting with staff or visitors.
