Weekly Job Summary NEXTAFF is seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Janitor to join our team in Smyrna, TN. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized industrial work environment and has previous experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning. The Industrial Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including production areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and other common areas. This position requires strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to work independently while following all safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitation throughout an industrial facility Clean and maintain production areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, equipment, doors, walls, and fixtures Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces Restock restroom, breakroom, and janitorial supplies Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms and break areas Assist with general housekeeping and light facility maintenance duties as assigned Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and appropriately Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or supply shortages to appropriate personnel Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience

REQUIRED
