Residential and Commercial Cleaner
Job Description
Job Summary Clean new construction homes in a timely manner. English and Español are OK. We are seeking a reliable, respectful, and hard-working team member to help clean new construction homes. In this role, you will be responsible for correctly cleaning the location well the first time with attention to detail.
• Ideal hours: 815-245, Tuesday through Friday
•Experienced, efficient workers can be paid more based on job results. Responsibilities Shopvac, dust, sanitize surfaces, clean windows and bathrooms, sweep and mop.

at job sites. Required Skills Punctual- on time! Respectful and professional communication at all times. Teachable and positive attitude— Willing to learn a new system. Ability to lift 15 to 20 pounds max, move around comfortably and safely while cleaning high and low surfaces. Physical stamina for manual work, prolonged standing and walking. Valid ID Consent to background check
