This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hard-working team member with Make Ready / Porter experience who can help prepare apartment homes for new resident move-in and support daily property maintenance needs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle apartment turns efficiently, and is comfortable assisting with basic work orders in a fast-paced apartment community.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Responsibilities:

Complete make ready work to prepare vacant apartment homes for new resident move-in Assist with apartment turns, punch work, and unit preparation Perform basic work orders and general maintenance tasks as assigned Assist with basic repairs involving appliances, fixtures, doors, cabinets, walls, and other unit items Help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of vacant units Work closely with the maintenance team to prioritize daily tasks and turn schedules Support the overall upkeep and functionality of the community as needed

Qualifications:
