Since 1996, American Motorcycle Trading Co. has taken pride in the quality and appearance of our pre-owned motorcycles. One of our favorite questions from customers walking through the showroom is, "Where are the used bikes?" Our team works hard to make every motorcycle look its best and keep bikes moving efficiently through the dealership. This position combines motorcycle detailing with the daily movement, organization, and preparation of inventory. What You'll Do As a Detailer / Porter, your responsibilities will include: Washing, cleaning, polishing, and detailing motorcycles to prepare them for the showroom and customers Safely moving motorcycles throughout the dealership, service department, warehouse, and lot Organizing motorcycles and maintaining orderly work areas Staging motorcycles based on the daily service and dealership schedule Assisting technicians and other departments with motorcycle movement to improve efficiency Helping maintain shop supplies and keeping work areas clean and organized Assisting with initial intake and pre-delivery inspections on newly arrived inventory Following established processes and procedures to ensure work is completed correctly and on time Who We're Looking For Prior dealership experience is not required . Vehicle detailing experience is a plus, but if you've never polished a motorcycle to perfection, that's okay. Our experienced team can teach you the techniques and processes we use. What matters most is how you approach your work. You'll likely be a great fit if: You're calm, steady, and detail-oriented You're organized and enjoy clearly defined processes You have a natural sense of urgency and like completing tasks on time You take pride in doing a job correctly the first time You're comfortable staying active and working with your hands You enjoy working as part of a team toward a common goal You have an interest in motorcycles and the motorcycle industry Requirements Ability to safely operate, maneuver, and handle motorcycles Ability to follow schedules, processes, and instructions Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and work habits Schedule & Benefits This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off.
