Under general supervision, the purpose of the job is to perform routine maintenance and/or operational activities at the Colleyville Center as assigned, including cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior appearance of the facility. Performs routine general and preventative maintenance, cleaning, and/or preparation of equipment and systems. Cleans buildings, bathrooms, meeting rooms and offices. Sets up for meeting rooms by arranging tables and chairs and moves furniture. Sets up and breaks down spaces for events (weekdays and weekends as needed). Conducts routine safety inspections. Performs minor building repairs. Maintains exterior appearance of the buildings and lawns. Inventories all cleaning and work related supplies on a weekly basis and prepares orders as needed while maintaining a monthly budget on all supplies. Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work. Regular and timely attendance are required for this position. Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Must possess and maintain a valid State of Texas Driver's License.
