A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaning contractor to perform deep cleaning services for guest turnover units in multi-family apartment complexes located in Crowley, TX 76036, USA. The contractor must provide their own cleaning supplies, equipment, and transportation.

Scope of Work:
Travel to assigned multi-residential properties to clean vacant units before new tenants move in. Perform deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of all areas, including but not limited to:
Kitchens:
inside/outside of cupboards, refrigerators, countertops, stoves, and appliances.
Bathrooms:
toilets, tubs, sinks, and fixtures. Bedrooms, dens, and balconies. Windows (inside and outside; remove window panels if required). Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and bathroom/kitchen fixtures.
Maintain common areas:
Sweep, mop, and scrub hallways according to schedule. Clean offices, clubhouses, and model suites bi-weekly. Maintain exterior amenities such as pools and courtyards (litter pickup, leaf blowing, periodic power washing). Must-Haves to
Be Considered:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential move-in/move-out cleaning, housekeeping, or office/commercial cleaning (e.g., Airbnb, tenant turnover, or hotels with kitchenettes). Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required. Willingness to travel between buildings within the apartment complex. Must use our mobile application daily to check in, upload photos of completed work, and check out. Availability to work on an on-call basis as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
