Job Overview The Commercial Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional environment for commercial facilities. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently while ensuring all assigned areas meet company quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and sanitize hard surface floors. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and entryways. Dust furniture, windowsills, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces. Wipe down and disinfect desks, tables, countertops, and other high-touch areas. Clean and sanitize employee break rooms, including countertops, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators (exterior), tables, and appliances. Clean and disinfect restrooms by sanitizing toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and replenishing soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners. Clean glass surfaces, doors, and entryways. Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to management. Follow company safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines. Maintain a professional appearance and provide dependable, high-quality service.

Qualifications:

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay:

$10.50 - $12.50 per hour
