Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Cleans the service and customer areas. Sweeps and mops technician stalls, department shop floors Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside. Removes all debris from lot. Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection Performs other duties as assigned.
