The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children in our care. Job responsibilities Meal Preparation & Kitchen Duties Follow the weekly meal menu and prepare meals according to the scheduled menu Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner as scheduled Follow all applicable health, sanitation, food handling, and childcare nutrition guidelines Properly store, label, and handle food to maintain freshness Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food preparation area Wash dishes, sanitize food preparation surfaces and keep kitchen equipment clean Monitor food supplies Cleaning & Facility Maintenance Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other surfaces Clean windows, doors, and high touch surfaces as needed Empty trash and maintain clean and sanitary common areas Clean and sanitize tables, chairs and other areas used by children. Complete routine cleaning tasks according to the facility's cleaning schedule Follow all facility health, safety, and sanitation procedures

Pay:

From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
