Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality detailed cleaning in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning kitchen surfaces. Disinfect high-touch areas, make beds, empty trash, and organize spaces per client specifications and Elite Edge quality standards. Safely operate and maintain provided cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies. Inspect work upon completion to ensure it meets our "Elite" standard of cleanliness before leaving the property. Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication with clients and team management. Arrive on time to scheduled client appointments and manage daily task itineraries efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements Strong attention to detail and a pride in delivering high-quality work. Physical capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, lift up to 25-30 lbs, and remain active throughout the shift. Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance to travel to client sites. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Previous professional cleaning, hospitality, or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate! Ability to obtain access to military installatio upon being hired
