Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Post-Construction Cleaner to join our team for a final cleaning project at Fort Cavazos Military Base, TX . This is a flat-rate position paying $250 per completed project (not hourly) . The project consists of cleaning a newly constructed building of approximately 4,572 sq. ft. , ensuring it is clean, detailed, and ready for occupancy. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong attention to detail who take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Expected Schedule:

Tuesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break). This is not a set-hour position. Once the job is completed to our quality standards, you are free to leave—even if you finish earlier than 5:00 PM. Responsibilities Perform detailed post-construction final cleaning of the building. Dust and wipe all surfaces, including countertops, shelves, doors, trim, and baseboards. Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop all hard floors. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Clean sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, and bathroom fixtures. Wipe light fixtures, vents, railings, switches, and outlet covers. Remove construction dust, fingerprints, stickers, labels, and other residue. Spot-clean walls and other finished surfaces as needed. Perform a final walkthrough to ensure the building is ready for occupancy. Follow all safety procedures while working inside the military installation. Requirements Previous experience with residential, commercial, or post-construction cleaning. Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Must have a REAL ID (required for military base access). Must have a valid U.S. Work Permit or legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and complete the project efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
