McKinney, TX Starting Pay:

$16 per hour Weekend Schedule - 8-10 Hours Every Weekend... Paid weekly! We are looking for someone who wants steady weekend work but is also flexible with their assignments from week to week.

IMPORTANT

You must live in the Frisco, Prosper, or McKinney area or within a reasonable driving distance of these locations. Because these are part-time shifts, this position is best suited for someone who already lives locally and does not have a long commute into the area. Our weekend schedule can vary, but most work falls within two general time blocks:

Morning:

Approximately 7:30/8:00 AM-12:30

PM Afternoon/Evening:

Approximately 3:00-7:00 PM Our goal when creating the weekend schedule is to make sure all of our client locations are properly covered while keeping assignments as efficient and practical as possible based on location, scheduled cleaning times, and drive time between jobs. We try to group nearby locations together whenever possible so team members are not unnecessarily driving back and forth across the area. You will typically work one or two locations during a scheduled work block, with most individual cleaning jobs taking approximately 2-2.5 hours. Some locations are cleaned with another team member, while others may be completed independently. For example, you may start at one commercial location in the morning and then continue directly to another nearby property. The following weekend, you may have a different combination of locations depending on where coverage is needed. Our job locations are generally within a short drive of one another. If you are scheduled at consecutive locations and drive directly from one job site to the next, your travel time between those jobs is paid. Our goal is to provide approximately 8-10 hours of consistent work every weekend. The hours should remain fairly steady, but the exact combination of Saturday/Sunday assignments, locations, and times may change from week to week. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional weekday or weekend afternoon/evening hours when available. This position is best for someone who: Wants dependable part-time hours every weekend Has good availability on Saturdays and Sundays Lives locally or within a reasonable drive of Frisco, Prosper, and McKinney Has reliable transportation Is flexible about which location they are assigned to Is comfortable traveling between nearby job sites Can work independently or alongside another cleaner Is comfortable with assignments changing from week to week Would like opportunities to pick up additional hours when available We provide the schedule in advance, so you will know your assigned locations and work times before the weekend.

Pay:
