Job Summary Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner/Janitorial Technician to provide high-quality cleaning services at commercial facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, follows cleaning procedures consistently, and understands the importance of maintaining a professional and clean environment for our clients. Responsibilities Clean and maintain assigned commercial facilities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures Clean and maintain break rooms and kitchens Wipe and dust desks, tables, counters, and other surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Clean appliances such as microwaves and other designated areas Remove fingerprints, water spots, dust, and visible buildup Use cleaning products properly and according to company guidelines Follow the assigned cleaning checklist and service standards Report maintenance concerns, supply needs, or cleaning issues to management Maintain consistent quality from one service visit to the next Respect client property, privacy, and workplace policies Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to follow written and verbal instructions Professional and respectful attitude Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift cleaning supplies as needed Must have reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that quality and consistency matter . The right candidate will take ownership of their assigned area and ensure the facility is cleaned thoroughly—not simply completed quickly. Schedule Part-time evening/night hours. Specific schedule and hours will be discussed during the interview. Additional hours may be available based on client needs.
