Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Carpet Cleaning Technician to provide high quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. No experience required — paid training provided. Key Responsibilities Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times Educate customers on our eco-friendly cleaning process and services Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are clean and organized Recommend additional services when appropriate Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or customer service is a plus (not required) Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Compensation & Benefits $500-$750+ per week (based on performance) Bonus and incentive opportunities Flexible scheduling Schedule Full-time Monday through Saturday (flexible hours available) Why Join Oxi Fresh of Central Texas?
