Vacation Rental Cleaner (Independent Contractor) Hill Country Premier Lodging (HCPL), a vacation rental management company based in Wimberley, Texas is looking for reliable and skilled cleaning vendors who can provide exceptional services that will exceed guest expectations. Cleaning vendors must provide their own supplies such as vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket etc. and transportation. HCPL will provide all guest amenity supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, bath soaps, etc. Tasks vary by property depending upon home size. HCPL manages vacation homes all throughout the Hill Country and is currently looking to add vacation rental cleaners in the following areas: -Llano, TX 78643

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize homes to HCPL standards. Perform standard household cleaning such as: changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping the floor, etc. Restock guest consumables and stage homes for incoming guest. Communicate with office about status of property. Identify and notate any guest damage to home. Photo-verify work on assigned tickets. Laundry duties- can be on-site washing or off-site taking to laundry facilities. (depends on needs/location of property)

Requirements:

Cleaning experience in vacation rental industry preferred but not required. Need a Smartphone to be able to access cleaning software in the field. Able to work flexible days/hours including weekends. Have a vacuum, mop bucket, duster, and other cleaning supplies. Must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance Must be able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance and able to climb stairs. Attention to detail and ability to complete work in timely manner a must Detail oriented and dependable a must. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation:

HCPL pays by the cleaning task; vendors can expect to make $25-$30 hour. Note, this is a 1099 independent contractor position.
