Job Summary:

Menard Manor is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our environmental services team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. No prior experience is requiredwe will train the right candidate on site.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Follow daily and scheduled cleaning assignments as directed Disinfect high-touch surfaces in accordance with infection control standards Change linens, make beds, and maintain tidy resident living spaces Remove trash and maintain proper waste disposal procedures Restock supplies such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to leadership promptly Follow all facility safety, sanitation, and infection control policies Maintain respectful and professional interactions with residents and staff Support overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility

Qualifications:

No prior housekeeping experience required - training provided on site Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift as needed Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic

Schedule:

Varied shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on facility needs
