Job Requirements:

High school or higher educational level preferred Be a self-starter and able to work without direction or constant supervision 18 years of age or older Ability to operate motorcycles and ATVs Valid Texas driver's license (motorcycle endorsement a bonus) Clean driving record and be insurable in the State of Texas Punctual and reliable (at work on time each and every day) Ability to follow through on specific instructions Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer

Responsibilities:

Washing and detailing customer vehicles Locating vehicles in the lot when customers arrive to pick up their vehicles have been completed Interacting in a courteous manner with customers Responsible for grounds and facility upkeep as assigned by warehouse manager; includes, but is not limited to, used crate storage, building signs, shop cleaning, etc. Assist technicians in pre-staging vehicles scheduled for repairs Responsible for end-of-day warehouse shutdown and securing of work area. Each employee must maintain a clean and organized work area. Responsible for safe equipment operation, if assigned to such equipment, equipment maintenance, and equipment accountability. Understand that customer flow dictates closing times, and that there will often be times when employees will be required to stay at the dealership later than the dealership's posted closing time. Perform other duties as deemed relevant by management. This is an entry level position in the dealership. The work is fast paced, and during the summer the work area can be hot (it's shaded, but not conditioned). Employees who prove themselves capable of meeting the demands of this job will have opportunities to advance to other positions in the dealership. The dealership is open Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. This is a full-time position and employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes early, and stay until the last customer is taken care of (this means that occasionally, you might have to stay late). One hour lunch breaks are offered during the weekdays, and on most weekends we provide lunch for the entire staff. Most employees work a few hours of overtime (paid) during each work week. Attention to detail is a key aspect of this position. Small mistakes can cause big problems, and we try to avoid those at all costs.
