Job Summary GreenHaus Wanders is a growing cleaning company based in San Antonio, TX, focused on delivering high-quality residential and short-term rental cleanings. We're currently looking for dependable cleaners who live in or near the Boerne and New Braunfels areas. These areas would be your primary service territory, with the expectation that you may also take on cleaning jobs in San Antonio as needed. We're building a reliable, detail-oriented team that takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company expanding throughout Boerne, New Braunfels, and the greater San Antonio area. Position Details Type:

Independent Contractor (1099)

Boerne, TX, New Braunfels, TX + surrounding areas

Pay:

$20-$24/hour (based on experience and performance)

Schedule:

Flexible (weekdays & weekends available) Responsibilities Perform high-quality residential and short-term rental cleanings Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards Ensure each property is left spotless and guest-ready Communicate any issues or damages during cleanings Arrive on time and complete jobs within scheduled timeframes Requirements Reliable and punctual — able to consistently arrive on time Strong attention to detail (baseboards, corners, high-touch areas, etc.) Ability to complete cleanings efficiently without compromising quality Ability to navigate an app to track hours, assigned cleanings, cleaning details, etc Ability to complete a cleaning checklist completely and sign off verify all tasks completed Previous cleaning experience (2-3 years) Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must be willing to drive to surrounding cities (New Braunfels, Pleasonton, Seguin, Boerne, etc) Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and job updates Able to work independently without supervision Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) Strong communication skills Trustworthy and respectful in clients' homes Willing to pass a background check Must have own cleaning supplies Bonus (Not Required) Experience with Airbnb / short-term rental cleanings Experience working with structured cleaning systems or checklists Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
