- our territory runs from south of McAllen up through south Dallas and over to Tyler.
The work:
Full commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning including, but not limited to: hoods, ductwork, exhaust fans, rooftop containment systems and complete job site setup and breakdown. Perform service using pressure washing equipment on rooftops, catwalks, in confined access areas and in other required areas, independently and to a standard, working autonomously. Overnight shifts, while restaurants are closed. Part installations, when applicable.The bar:

- Who We Are Requirements Prior experience in kitchen exhaust/hood cleaning Valid driver's license, 3+ years driving history, clean record (DPS record requested upon hire) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check Full, reliable availability for overnight shifts; flexible on completion time as jobs vary Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, climb ladders, work at heights and in confined spaces, and handle wet/greasy/hot conditions for extended periods Clear communicator and can perform shifts to completion with another team member Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required This organization participates in e-Verify
