Blue Broom Commercial Cleaning is hiring two dependable part-time cleaners for a preschool and childcare facility in Red Oak, TX. This is a long-term, year-round position with the same two evening shifts each week. The cleaners will normally work together as a two-person team and follow a clear facility cleaning checklist. This is an after-hours cleaning position and does not involve childcare responsibilities.

Starting Pay and Regular Schedule $16.00 per hour Approximately 8 hours per week, with occasional additional paid coverage hours when available

Tuesday:

6:00 PM to approximately 10:00

PM Friday:

6:00 PM to approximately 10:00 PM Fully paid, hands-on training $150 reliability bonus after completing 60 days with dependable attendance, prompt communication and satisfactory work quality Performance and pay reviews, with the potential for future increases based on reliability, cleaning quality and added responsibility Expected start during the week of September 14 End times may vary slightly depending on the facility's needs and workload. Reliability, coachability and cleaning quality are more important than having years of experience. English-Spanish bilingual ability is helpful and preferred but not required. The regular schedule is every Tuesday and Friday from 6:00 PM to approximately 10:00 PM at one location in Red Oak, TX. Do you have reliable transportation and can you consistently arrive on time and work both shifts every week on a long-term basis? A classroom may look clean at first glance. This is a long-term, year-round position with consistent Tuesday and Friday evening hours. What makes this schedule a good ongoing fit for you? The regular Tuesday and Friday shifts are completed by a two person team and normally end around 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. Occasionally, if your cleaning partner has an emergency, you may be offered additional paid hours to complete the clean by yourself. On those rare occasions, you may finish around 12:00 or 1:00 a.m. Would you generally be available for this type of occasional coverage?
