Job Description

We're a local cleaning company looking for a dependable, hard-working janitor to join our team for a regular building account in Saginaw, potentially hiring 2 individuals.
Location:
Saginaw, TX 76179
Pay:
$14/hr during training | $14.75
  • $15.
50/hr after 3-week training period (based on performance and experience)

W-2 Employee (NOT a 1099/contractor position)

What You'll Do:
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Wipe down surfaces, windows, and common areas
  • Follow a cleaning checklist each shift
What We're Looking For:
  • Reliable
  • this is a consistent schedule and we need someone who shows up
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is not required. We will train you to clean to our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision after training
  • Must have reliable transportation to Saginaw, TX
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.
S. This is NOT a gig or contractor role. You will be hired as a W-2 employee with taxes withheld. You will be supervised and your work will be checked consistently.
