Qualifications & Requirements:

Hold a current Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential or Associate School Psychologist license. Possess a School Psychologist certification issued by the board of examiners of psychologists. Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required for passionate new professionals. Strong skills in assessment, intervention strategies, and collaborative problem-solving. Ability to pass district onboarding, including fingerprinting and registry list search.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological evaluations, functional behavior assessments, and eligibility determinations. Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans. Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address academic, social, and emotional needs. Provide crisis intervention and preventative services as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district policies.
