Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning across various residential spaces. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living environments. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time efficiently to complete tasks promptly, and ensure all areas meet quality standards. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and the use of various cleaning equipment. Experience with laundry services and outdoor work is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures to uphold hygiene standards. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
