Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment. Ability to follow detailed cleaning and sanitation procedures accurately. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday. Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interactions. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor fixtures.
