Job Title:

Exterior Building Services Technician We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Exterior Building Services Technician to join our team at HHH Services. As an Exterior Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to exterior building maintenance and restoration. Please note that this job description does not include window cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Perform metal restoration and cleaning, utilizing appropriate techniques and products to restore metal surfaces to their original appearance. Conduct stone restoration and maintenance, including cleaning, sealing, and repairing stone surfaces to enhance their aesthetic appeal and longevity. Carry out power washing of various exterior surfaces, such as walls, sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas as needed. Perform parking structure cleaning, including pressure washing, debris removal, and maintenance of parking garage surfaces. Conduct solar panel cleaning, ensuring panels are free from dirt, dust, and debris to optimize performance. Perform dumpster and pad cleaning to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant regulations.
