Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Contract Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of commercial, residential, and industrial spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that our environments are safe, hygienic, and welcoming for all occupants. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained facility while developing your skills in cleaning, custodial maintenance, and facilities upkeep. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces Assist with industrial cleaning projects that may involve heavy-duty equipment or specialized cleaning techniques Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures or equipment and assisting with light custodial repairs Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures and safety guidelines at all times Requirements Cleaning materials such as rags,vacuum,broom and mop.
