MaidPro is looking for a reliable, hardworking professional who can do more than deliver a great clean. We're looking for someone who can lead by example and help others become great Cleaning Pros, too. This is a hands-on position. You'll spend most of your time professionally cleaning clients' homes, while also taking on responsibilities as a Cleaning Ambassador—training new hires, supporting our team, and helping maintain the quality standards our clients expect. When you're actively training a new Cleaning Pro, you'll receive an additional Trainer Differential for those training hours. Your Schedule Monday-Friday availability from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM is required. Daily hours vary based on our client schedule. Some days may finish earlier, while busier days may run until approximately 5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends. Previous training, coaching, or leadership experience is required. We're looking for someone who: Shows up consistently and on time Has experience training, coaching, supervising, or leading others Has professional cleaning, housekeeping, or similar hands-on experience Takes pride in high-quality work while maintaining an efficient pace Communicates professionally and respectfully Is comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback Has the patience to teach instead of simply taking over Works well independently and as part of a team Can hold others accountable respectfully Leads by example and maintains a positive, professional attitude This Is a Physical Job Professional home cleaning is an active, physical job performed at a steady pace throughout the day. You'll regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, carry cleaning supplies and equipment, operate a vacuum, climb stairs, and perform repetitive cleaning motions. You'll also need: A reliable personal vehicle A valid driver's license Current auto insurance The ability to travel between client homes throughout Davis and Weber Counties Why MaidPro?
