Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or other access tools while adhering to safety protocols. Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of equipment or debris removal during cleaning projects. Follow strict safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire extinguishers when necessary. Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project scope and progress. Requirements Proven experience with pressure washing or industrial cleaning is highly desirable. Ability to operate ladders safely and use hand tools effectively during cleaning tasks. Knowledge of safety protocols, including PPE usage, manual handling techniques, and fire extinguisher operation. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly. Experience working outdoors in different weather conditions is preferred. Familiarity with duct cleaning, floor buffing, and commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance at all times.
