Responsibilities Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, ensuring streak-free, crystal-clear results. Utilize DI tanks and traditional techniques for high or hard-to-reach windows safely and effectively. Operate ladders and other equipment to access outdoor and skylight windows securely. Clean interior windows and glass surfaces with attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety protocols during all tasks. Manage cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and storage after each job. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing questions, and ensuring satisfaction with the finished work. Requirements Prior experience in residential window cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial work is highly preferred. Knowledge of storefront window cleaning, skylight cleaning, and high-rise building window procedures is a plus. Ability to operate pressure washers, traditional squeegee tools, ladders, and DI tanks safely. Experience with outdoor work environments and working at heights. Strong attention to safety protocols, PPE use, and adherence to industry standards during all operations. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities. Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, operate equipment, and perform outdoor work for extended periods.
