We have residential and commercial properties and are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodial Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest standards of sanitation and facility upkeep. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a positive experience for tenants, staff, visitors, and clients alike. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners to maintain floors and surfaces in pristine condition Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol adherence Conduct sanitation of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure compliance with health standards Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report needs for replenishment or repairs Requirements Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings Ability to work independently across several locations Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation standards Ability to handle chemical agents safely with understanding of chemical handling safety procedures Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocol adherence Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors Prior experience with floor care equipment such as buffers and floor polishers is preferred Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices including basic repairs and upkeep is a plus Join us in creating a clean, safe environment that supports productivity and well-being!
