We provide recurring facility care for professional offices, medical and dental offices, childcare and educational facilities, veterinary practices and other commercial properties.

Positions Available Commercial Cleaner:

$18.50-$20.50 per hour

Working Team Lead:

$21.50-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities Schedule Part-time evening work, primarily Monday through Friday. Typical shifts may begin after 5:00 p.m. Hours and locations will depend on awarded client accounts. Candidates must clearly communicate their evening availability. Commercial Cleaner Responsibilities Complete scheduled commercial cleaning according to a written facility checklist Clean offices, reception areas, restrooms, break rooms and common areas Vacuum, mop, remove waste and disinfect designated high-touch surfaces Use cleaning products and equipment safely Secure doors, keys and alarm systems according to client procedures Report damage, supply shortages or unusual facility conditions promptly Submit required completion reports or photographs through a mobile application Maintain professional conduct and respect client confidentiality Additional Working Team Lead Responsibilities Confirm team attendance and readiness before each shift Assign work and ensure the approved scope is completed Train cleaners on facility-specific procedures Perform a final inspection before leaving the property Confirm that doors, lights, keys and alarm procedures are handled correctly Report quality, staffing or safety concerns to management immediately Help perform cleaning duties alongside the team Qualifications Dependable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation to client facilities in Northern Virginia Smartphone capable of receiving schedules and submitting work reports Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures and facility checklists Professional communication and respectful conduct Ability to perform repetitive cleaning activities and lift approximately 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodation when applicable Authorization to work in the United States Willingness to complete reference and lawful background-screening requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Team-lead applicants should have prior cleaning, shift-lead or supervisory experience and be comfortable inspecting work and documenting problems.
