Job Summary:

Clear-A-Way Solutions is hiring part-time commercial cleaners in the Fredericksburg, VA area. You'll be cleaning professional office spaces, medical facilities, and commercial buildings during evening and weekend hours. No experience required — we'll train the right person.

Pay:

$20-$25/hr depending on experience

Schedule:

Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. 1-4 hours per shift depending on accounts assigned.

What You'll Do:

Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect commercial spaces Clean restrooms and break rooms Empty trash and replace liners Follow cleaning checklists for each account Submit photos of completed work after each visit

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and consistent — you show up when scheduled Attention to detail Reliable transportation to job sites Able to pass a background check No experience needed but commercial cleaning experience is a plus
