Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial facilities. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will ensure environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols Operate cleaning machinery including vacuums, floor buffers, and other custodial equipment to ensure optimal results Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with client specifications and safety guidelines Follow all safety protocols during daily operations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation standards Ability to handle chemical agents safely and adhere to chemical handling safety procedures Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients and team members Experience with floor care including buffing, stripping, waxing, and tile/grout cleaning is a plus Familiarity with safety protocol adherence and facilities maintenance practices Join our team to help create clean, safe environments while advancing your skills in professional cleaning!
