Responsibilities Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks across various facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces using commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures, storage protocols, and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination. Conduct custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and floor care to maintain a pristine environment. Operate specialized cleaning equipment including floor buffers, polishers, and industrial vacuum cleaners to achieve optimal cleanliness standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements avalible to work nigths and weekends Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and other custodial equipment effectively. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while adhering to safe lifting practices. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to chemical agents and facility maintenance operations. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results, must be able to walk alot in and outdoor setting in all weather conditions. Prior experience in industrial cleaning or porter roles is preferred but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential.
