Job brief

• We are looking for a responsible custodian person to maintain and protect our facilities. It is important for this person to be careful and thorough in maintaining and cleaning the premises.
• The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on interior and exterior building upkeep.

Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness of our plant facilities and operate an automatic moping machine Maintain the cleanliness of our farm market facilty Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and restock disposables (soap and paper products) Wipe mirrors and windows Knowledge of use of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other possible hazardous components Attention to detail with excellent time management skills. Very good physical condition in standing, lifting, bending without restrictions.
