Paradigm Building Maintenance is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team in Bothell, WA! Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial or residential facilities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors throughout assigned buildings Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

Previous janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license or reliable transportation a plus
