What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We're a premium exterior cleaning company doing $1M+ in annual revenue across the Greater Puget Sound area. We're growing fast and looking for experienced techs who want to earn well and build a career — not just a paycheck. What you'll be doing Window cleaning, soft wash, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and moss removal Complete 3-5 residential jobs per day independently OR Complete 2 commercial jobs per week with a team Represent the brand professionally at every property What we look for 1+ year of professional exterior cleaning experience Able to run 3-5 jobs/day without hand-holding Valid driver's license, clean record Reliable, professional, takes pride in their work 20% commission on all completed jobs Pre-scheduled work — we fill your calendar $200-$600/day for consistent performers Top techs move into commercial crews, lead roles, and management. We're expanding and promote from within.
