Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Male Janitorial Team Member to join our facilities maintenance crew. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across our commercial and industrial facilities. Your proactive approach to cleaning and custodial tasks will ensure that our spaces remain welcoming, hygienic, and well-maintained for employees, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience to contribute to a professional environment that values cleanliness and safety. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Handle industrial cleaning tasks, including debris removal and surface sanitation Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and ensuring equipment is in good working order Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by sweeping walkways, trash removal, and ensuring proper disposal of waste Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Support porter duties by moving furniture or equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning or maintenance activities Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings Experience with industrial cleaning methods and equipment operation Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and painting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Must be 18 years or older Join our team if you're motivated by creating clean, safe environments!
